Frequently Asked Questions

Download SabiPay from Google Play or the App Store. Tap "Sign Up", enter your phone number and email, create a password, and verify with the OTP sent to you.
Go to "Load Wallet" in the app. You can fund via bank transfer, debit card, or USSD. Select your method, enter the amount, and follow the prompts.
Airtime, data bundles, DStv, GOtv, StarTimes subscriptions, electricity bills, and more. Check the Services section in the app for the full list.
Yes. SabiPay uses bank-level encryption. Your TPIN and personal data are encrypted and stored securely with role-based access controls.
Failed transactions are automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hours. If you don't see the refund, contact support with your transaction reference.
Go to Settings → Security → Reset TPIN. Verify your identity via OTP or security questions, then set a new TPIN.
Limits vary by service and verification level. Basic accounts have lower limits; verified accounts can transact higher amounts. Check Account Settings for yours.
